I am in the midst of tackling a personal redesign project for United.com. The brand is falling behind in the digital space and the overhaul of their app was nice and it inspired me to redesign their website. I can imagine the myriad battles holding this site experience back - brand debates, CMS decisions, budgets, marketing etc. - but none of these hold weight with the most powerful decision maker - the customer. I thought the opportunity would be ripe to imagine what this site can be. Stay tuned.
